Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinal social worker I believe in making mental health a priority as it is a key to our happiness and success. I've been working in this field for over 20 years and I have focused my work on trauma, depression, anxiety and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

We all have our own unique story and together we will come up with an individualized approach to care. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
