Great to meet you!

I have over five years of experience and have worked with individuals of various ages. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I enjoy helping you navigate life's challenges with clarity, strength, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I support children, teens, and adults break free from anxiety, heal from trauma, manage ADHD, and overcome depression in a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative way. Every session is shaped around your unique needs, so from our very first conversation, you’ll feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming at times — whether it’s anxiety that won’t let you rest, relationship struggles, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck. I will work with you at your pace and tailor each session to your needs and goals whether you are an individual, family, or couple. My approach is warm, direct, and tailored to you, so you can feel supported and empowered from the very first session.
