Great to meet you!

I am a NH licensed, clinical mental health counselor. My primary focus is Anxiety in adolescents and adults. I am currently pursuing an additional certification in adolescent therapy modalities. My goal is to promote confidence in navigating the complexities of anxiety so that individuals can be empowered and feel in charge of their responses to emotional upsets. I'm interested in collaborating with each individual to problem solve and foster change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person centered and oriented to the individual's desired growth areas. I use highlights from a number of evidence based practices to keep moving forward when needed or sit alongside you when the work feels overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me you may be asked some background information and provide insight into the story of you. My aim would be to discover more about you and find out if we can create goals together for your therapy journey.
