My goal as a therapist is to help you to get in the driver's seat of your own life. A history of trauma, experiencing depression, anxiety or ADHD, coping with life changes, and dealing with the stress of relationships, family, work, school and all the challenges that life throws at us can lead us to feel out of control and demoralized. I want to help you to better understand yourself, your thoughts and your mind, as well as teach you coping skills to empower you to live your healthiest, happiest life.
