Great to meet you!

Is it hard to think about the future because you don't like what you see? Envisioning more troubles, unfulfilling work, and an endless string of letdowns. Mood swings can make life harder than it should be but what if you could learn new ways to not only cope but flourish? Imagine if you were able to go about your day feeling energized and excited about the future. I specialize in working with clients dealing life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using a holistic therapeutic approach to treatment we will work together to find balance in your life. We'll start our time together with you sharing current stressors or concerns and move toward learning and practicing techniques that support getting control over your body and thoughts. We will look at all facets of your life to develop strategies in support of your overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients I work with often decrease their anxiety, depression, or worry by learning to recognize, and be with underlying feelings, that arise in the body, in a way that feels relieving and leads to positive feeling states of connection, calm, clarity, and wholeness.
