Great to meet you!

I received my master in Social Work, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the University of New England. I have worked professionally providing clinical services in-home, in an outpatient setting, and within a school system. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strengths. With 8 years of experience in mental health, I specialize in working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to support healing and growth in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

We will focus on building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, understanding, and mutual respect—creating a solid foundation to address your goals and the barriers standing in your way. We will explore the events that may be holding you back and work toward meaningful change by identifying your inner strengths, building resilience, and fostering growth. Whether you're seeking support through a tough time or working toward long-term personal growth, I’m here to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
