Great to meet you!

Working as a therapist for over five years has taught me a great deal, but perhaps the most important lesson has been the centrality of the therapeutic relationship. Therapy shouldn’t feel like a chore. I believe it can be a refuge—a place to express yourself openly, explore how your brain works, and better understand how your experiences and circumstances have shaped the person you are today.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in co-occurring concerns and complex presentations, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), CPTSD, PTSD, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, gender identity and exploration, LGBTQIA+ concerns, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma-related disorders. I have extensive experience working with my Queer community.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy as I believe in collaboration, curiosity, and meeting each person where they are. For this reason, I incorporate an array of tools, skills, modalities, and interventions all through a decolonized and culturally responsive lens.I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches rather than expecting clients to fit into a single modality.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we will discuss your background and history, explore what therapy has meant or looked like previously, work collaboratively on goals and a treatment plan as well as exploring diagnosis and co-occurring disorders.
