Great to meet you!

If you're navigating trauma, family crisis, or the kind of stress that's impossible to put into words, you've come to the right place. Rooted in personal faith and professional purpose, I walk alongside children, teens, women, and families who are carrying more than their share. Whatever you're holding right now, you don't have to hold it alone.

My approach to therapy

I meet you exactly where you are. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to examine the thoughts keeping you stuck, Psychodynamic exploration to understand what's underneath, and Solution-Focused techniques to build real momentum forward, our sessions adapt to what you need. I'm especially drawn to untangling the past to build something stronger for the future.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about safety. We'll explore what brought you here and what you're hoping to feel differently, at whatever depth feels right. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what our work together will look like, and you'll leave knowing this is a space that moves at your pace.
