Great to meet you!

I provide evidence‐based psychiatric care for adults seeking support with depression, anxiety, trauma‐related symptoms, and mood disorders. My approach is structured, collaborative, and centered on helping patients feel better with clear treatment plans, consistent follow‐up, and supportive communication.

I use measurement tools (PHQ‐9, GAD‐7) to help track progress and adjust medications with precision. For individuals who have tried multiple antidepressants without improvement, I also assist with evaluation for Treatment‐Resistant Depression and coordinate Spravato® (esketamine) referral pathways when clinically appropriate.

I work with clients who want:

  • Support managing depression, low motivation, and mood instability
  • Relief from anxiety, racing thoughts, restlessness, or worry
  • Help navigating trauma‐related symptoms
  • Clear psychiatric guidance blended with practical coping strategies
  • Safe, structured medication management
  • A clinician who communicates clearly and follows evidence‐based plans

Common Conditions Treated: Depression • Treatment‐Resistant Depression • Anxiety Disorders • Trauma‐related symptoms • Panic • OCD‐like symptoms (medication only) • Mood disorders

Treatment Style: Evidence‐based • Supportive • Clear communication • Measurement‐guided • Holistic

Who I See: Adults (18+) Telehealth (secure + HIPAA‐compliant)

What Clients Can Expect: A calm, structured approach with clear treatment steps, routine check‐ins, practical medication guidance, and a focus on feeling better—not just managing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I take time to understand the whole person—not just a diagnosis—including your symptoms, medical history, life experiences, relationships, stressors, strengths, and personal goals.

I use evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, lifestyle interventions, and coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate.

As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring a whole-person perspective and consider how physical and mental health can influence one another.

I believe you should be an active partner in your care. My goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understand your treatment options, and can make informed decisions that support meaningful and sustainable improvement in your well-being.

What you can expect from me

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Starting psychiatric care can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you’re in a safe, supportive space where your concerns will be taken seriously and your goals will guide every part of treatment.

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in, your recent symptoms, and any past treatments that have helped (or not helped). There’s no pressure to “have everything together”—you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. My goal is simply to understand your experience so we can build a treatment plan that feels clear, manageable, and aligned with what you need right now.

We’ll also:

  • Review your current medications and medical history
  • Talk through any immediate symptoms you’d like support with
  • Begin setting meaningful treatment goals
  • Answer questions about how appointments, messaging, and refills work

If you’re seeking help for depression, anxiety, trauma‐related symptoms, or mood instability, we’ll use tools like PHQ‐9 and GAD‐7 to track progress over time. If past medications haven’t helped, we can discuss evaluation pathways for Treatment‐Resistant Depression and whether advanced options—such as Spravato® (esketamine)—may be appropriate.

My role is to support you with compassion, evidence‐based care, and clear communication. Your role is simply to show up as you are.

I’m looking forward to working together and helping you move toward stability, relief, and renewed confidence.
