Great to meet you!

Are you looking for support with anxiety, depression, grief, identity, or life transitions? I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and older adults, with a special focus on transgender, gender-fluid, nonbinary, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I’m bilingual in English and Farsi, and I offer culturally responsive care for people navigating mood concerns, acculturation, and self-discovery.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I bring warmth, compassion, and curiosity to our work, helping you better understand yourself while recognizing the strengths you already carry.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and be yourself without judgment. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with care that is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, supported, and more connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can build greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Whether you are healing from loss, exploring identity, or moving through change, therapy can help you find clarity, reconnect with hope, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life.
