Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 13 years of nursing experience and 4 years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for individuals across the lifespan.

I am especially passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, while also treating adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. With experience in inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings, I am committed to delivering high-quality mental health care that empowers patients and families toward balance, healing, and improved quality of life

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is compassionate, patient-centered, and focused on creating individualized treatment plans that promote long-term stability and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, I will focus on getting to know you and understanding what has brought you in. This initial session is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share your concerns, symptoms, and goals at your own pace.

I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, which may include discussing:

  • Your current emotional and mental health challenges
  • Personal, medical, and mental health history
  • Sleep patterns, mood, stressors, and daily functioning
  • Past treatment experiences, including therapy or medications
  • Family and social supports
  • Any concerns related to school, work, or relationships

Together, we will begin developing an individualized treatment plan that fits your needs. This may include recommendations for medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle supports, or other evidence-based interventions. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps in your care.
