Great to meet you!
Our minds shape every moment of our lives—and therapy offers a unique opportunity to engage with the mind in a healing, transformative way. But the mind isn't just thoughts and feelings; it's also our bodies, relationships, culture, work, memories, imagination, and vision for the future. Therapy can help us make sense of these many parts of ourselves, fostering integration and a more nourishing experience of life.
I offer person-centered therapy grounded in mindful awareness, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR with a somatic and attachment-based focus. I also teach mindfulness-based interventions in hospital settings. My practice specializes in working with adults and young adults.
