Great to meet you!

I'm a family man who enjoys good food and good company. I believe that counseling is an experience in which my clients can discover more about themselves and learn how to become more aligned with who they truly want to be.

My approach to therapy

I utilize 3 modalities primarily, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

What you can expect from me

First session is primarily for setting ground rules and communicating expectations regarding informed consent. Then I spend time assessing the client to understand the presenting problem and collaborate on what would best meet their needs/expectations for counseling.
