Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical therapist with over 28 years of experience in the medical field and 15 years dedicated to mental health. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered, tailored to support individuals and families navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m committed to helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve lasting change

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I draw from evidence-based modalities like DBT, TF-CBT, SFT, and CBT to meet each client where they are. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. With a strong foundation in the medical field, I bring a holistic perspective to mental health, understanding the deep connection between mind and body. Whether working with individuals, families, or adolescents, I tailor my approach to honor each client’s unique story and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical coping skills, and a stronger sense of emotional balance. My goal is to help each person feel heard, supported, and equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence. Whether we’re working through trauma, managing anxiety, navigating relationships, or building healthier habits, sessions are structured to promote insight, growth, and real-life change. Clients often report feeling more empowered, emotionally regulated, and better able to set boundaries and achieve personal goals.
