Great to meet you!

Working with teens, adolescents and young adults, isn’t just something I do—I feel its part of my calling and life’s work. As an integrated health coach and mental health professional, I take a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I’m passionate about helping young people reconnect with their inner strength, freedom, and vitality during these formative years of growth and self-discovery.

As a former collegiate athlete, personal trainer, and integrated health coach, responsibility and overcoming adversity have become essential characteristics towards my way of being. These experiences matched with the teachings found at Naropa University allow me to bring forth an alternative client-centered approach to mental health counseling.

Now accepting new clients! I work with teens, adolescents, young men, and young adults to explore mental health, build self-awareness, and overcome what’s holding them back. My approach is holistic, supportive, and rooted in real growth. Reach out if you’re ready to take the next step.

My approach to therapy

I practice an integrative, mindfulness-based and client-centered orientation that blends parts work, meditation, motivational interviewing, and values exploration. I also weave in stoic and philosophical perspectives along with body-based and energetic awareness. I am trained in EMDR, EFT, Mindfulness-Based and IFS parts work. My approach is collaborative and flexible, helping clients access their inner wisdom and move toward meaningful, balanced living.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, after reviewing the disclosure statement and completing a brief mindfulness practice to help us land, I walk clients through a holistic check-in to get a sense of their internal operating system—how they think, feel, relate, and move in the world. From there, I share a clear overview of my approach so clients know what to expect moving forward. We will talk over screeners, measurement-based care, and how this will relate to your goals within therapy.
