Great to meet you!

Hey friend, I'm so glad you're here. My name is Devoney, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker in California. If you're exhausted from overthinking, replaying conversations, and second-guessing yourself, you've landed in the right place. I work with women who are ready to feel calmer, more confident, and finally ready to say yes to their own lives. Using nervous system healing, mindfulness, and somatic tools, I'll help you quiet the noise and reconnect with who you really are. I would love to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My work blends mental wellness tools & nervous system healing (& faith if you'd like) to help you start feeling more calm & confident, start owning who you are & saying YES to more in life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take things slow. I'll ask about what's been weighing on you, what has and hasn't worked before, and what you're hoping life feels like on the other side of this. We'll make sure we feel like a genuine fit, and start sketching out real goals for our time together. By the end, you'll walk away feeling heard, less alone, and like you have a personalized plan that actually makes sense for where you are right now.
