Great to meet you!
I am a warm, direct, and collaborative therapist who believes healing is both a clinical and deeply personal journey. My work is grounded in trauma‐informed care, cultural humility, and a belief that every person carries innate resilience—even when life has made it hard to access.
For clients who desire it, I also honor the role of spirituality in the healing process. I recognize the work of the Holy Spirit as a source of comfort, conviction, clarity, and renewal. While I never impose spiritual beliefs, I welcome clients who want to integrate faith into their therapeutic work and explore how spiritual practices, scripture, and the presence of God can support emotional and mental well‐being.
I bring extensive experience in community mental health, addiction treatment, and integrated behavioral health settings, including work with justice‐involved individuals, people experiencing homelessness, and clients navigating co‐occurring disorders. I hold a graduate degree in counseling and advanced training in trauma‐informed practice, motivational interviewing, and solution‐focused approaches. I work with adults from all backgrounds and identities.
