Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, postpartum challenges, parenting, and family concerns. I use a client-centered approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based strategies, and family systems techniques. I also hold several certifications, including an Integrative Counseling Approach that considers the connection between mental health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, beginning with an assessment to determine the most appropriate level of care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and individualized. I work with clients to understand their unique concerns, strengths, and goals while providing practical tools and strategies for meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, and family systems strategies. I also use an integrative counseling approach that considers the connection between mental health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to develop healthier coping skills and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will complete an initial assessment to understand your concerns, needs, strengths, and goals. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, identify areas of focus, and determine the most appropriate treatment approach. I provide a welcoming and respectful environment while keeping the session focused and practical. Together, we will establish realistic goals and develop a treatment plan based on your individual needs.
