Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan, and I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, identity questions, or the quiet pressure of holding everything together without feeling seen.

I work with men, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent adults, and people of color, particularly those who feel misunderstood or overlooked. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside over time.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends cognitive, somatic, and creative strategies to help you build tools for healing and resilience. I see therapy as a collaborative process that involves your lived experience, cultural background, and identity matter in every step we take together. I draw from CBT, mindfulness-based work, somatic grounding, EMDR, and narrative approaches to help you understand patterns, regulate your nervous system, and move toward the life you want.

Clients describe me as direct but warm, curious, and engaged. I value spaces where men, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent adults can show up without judgment or performance. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in creating change that feels sustainable.

Outside the therapy room, I’m often gaming, writing, traveling, or exploring how culture, identity, and personal meaning shape the human experience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear picture of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for from therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your current concerns, relevant history, and what’s been helpful or unhelpful in the past, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. My role is to listen, help organize what feels overwhelming, and begin identifying areas we can work on together.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how therapy with me will feel, what our focus may be moving forward, and whether this space feels like a good fit for you.
