Great to meet you!

Hello all! I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self, without judgment and without feeling like you have to have it all figured out. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and interpersonal concerns, mood dysregulation, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so I tailor my approach to fit the person sitting across from me. I draw from different therapeutic approaches, including person-centered, trauma-informed, and narrative therapy, to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive, but I’ll also be honest and direct when needed. My goal isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to walk alongside you, helping you find a path forward that feels realistic, meaningful, and supportive of your healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself. I recognize that you’re allowing me into your world, and I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. I bring my clinical knowledge, and together we’ll begin building a partnership that honors both. We'll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brings you to therapy, establishing boundaries, building rapport, and laying the foundation for the work we'll do together. Most importantly, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
