My name is Diana and I am a First Gen Latina LCSW who is passionate about working with women struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma. I have over 6 years of experience ensuring clients are given a safe virtual, space and collaborate with you on the best course of treatment. If you are bilingual Spanish/English speaker, our emotional language can be in our native language. I am here to ensure that you feel heard in whatever language you feel comfortable in.

My approach to therapy

I have a collaborative approach to counseling and will work with you in finding ways to better empower you to improve you mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will have brief introductions, review limits to confidentiality and go over history to get a better understanding of your needs and be able to create goals for treatment. Clients will walk away feeling empowered and motivated to continue in treatment.
