Great to meet you!

My primary work is with adults and seniors with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. My clients are looking for a place to share, collaborate, and grow, seeking support and strategies for improving their day to day quality of life. They would like to learn coping strategies, figure out how to improve their mood, and make changes for the better.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in one-on-one therapy with adults. I believe that my role is to walk beside you on your journey. What I can offer are a variety of strategies and perspectives as well as the skills to help you apply them. I don't think I have all the answers, but I know that we can figure things out together. My practice is centered around my belief in social justice, client self-determination, and collaboration.

What you can expect from me

I know that people come to therapy for different reasons and with different expectations. During our sessions, I will be listening and asking questions to make sure that our time together is tailored to fit your needs. We will have space for emotional exploration and processing, and we will also be able to cover practical skills, tools, and changes that can help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
