Great to meet you!

Hello My name is Diana Moscoso. I graduated in 2018 as a Licensed Clinical Mental health Counselor and I have been helping people with several mental and emotional issues during these years. I specialize in PTSD, complex trauma, immigrant issues, life transitions, depression, and anxiety, just to name a few. I understand that life is not always a straight line and I am here to accompany you through difficult processes as we navigate life together

My approach to therapy

I strive to relate to clients in the first session by breaking the ice and making them feel comfortable and safe. My approach is always casual, fun, and personable. I do not believe in rigid or robotic therapy. As a trauma focused therapist I invest in the relationship with the client to create an atmosphere of trust and relaxation.

What you can expect from me

As a bilingual/bicultural counselor, I identify cultural factors with each client. Nevertheless, my purpose is to bring healing as fast as the client allows and provide comfort to the client. For that reason, I incorporate creative and effective techniques that help resolve the client's issues as well as build the relationship between client and clinician.
