Great to meet you!

You’ve gotten yourself this far... Let’s get you through the rest!

Our therapeutic space will be bold, brave, and supportive. I aim to strike a balance of validating feelings of fragility or fear with a genuine belief in the potential to heal.

Maybe you’ve been called “too much” or can’t quite carve the life and relationships that you want, despite an inner knowingness of your innate goodness and loving nature. It may at times feel hopeless, but I say there is hope here!

My approach to therapy

With a background in attachment theory and acute training working with children and families dealing with Reactive Attachment Disorder, I welcome these big and often overwhelming feelings from clients with a longstanding history of symptoms and trauma; especially those who have not yet found the relief they have been looking for.

What you can expect from me

In our therapeutic time together, you may find yourself expanding your awareness of what you thought you knew, further empowering you to emotionally recover and cease reacting to what it is you have already survived.
