Great to meet you!

My name is Diana Torres, and I have dedicated the past twenty years to providing care and support to children, adolescents, and their families. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a concentration in family-centered practice. It has been a privilege to serve in this capacity, and I have valued every step of this journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach centers on the belief that the client is the expert in their own life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) within a trauma-informed framework, always maintaining cultural humility. My role is to guide clients toward the changes they wish to achieve, serving as a partner in their healing and self-improvement journey.
