Great to meet you!

Let’s conquer those fears, silence those excuses, and get you unstuck—so you can step into freedom, discover your true possibilities, and seize the opportunities waiting for you.

I’ve created a life I genuinely love showing up for every day, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

My name is Diana Yarber, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). For the past 20 years, I have worked across diverse roles in the mental health and substance use disorder field. My experience includes direct therapy, addiction recovery support, peer mentoring, training, and clinical leadership.

I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their strengths, and equipping them with the tools they need to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, or simply feeling stuck in life, I am committed to walking alongside you as you build resilience, discover your possibilities, and create a life worth showing up for every day.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, holistic approach. I believe in action, movement, and empowerment. I provide therapy beyond the couch.

If I were your therapist, we would work together, not just talk. I expect my clients to take an active role in their therapy. I strongly believe in self-determination. A person invested in their recovery/healing process will be more successful.

What you can expect from me

I cannot wait to walk alongside you as you achieve your goals. I will teach you, advocate for you, support you, encourage you, nurture you, hold hope for you, and gently or firmly push you as needed but you will put in the work. I specialize in addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, men's and women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues.

Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties so that you can be free to live your best life.
