Great to meet you!
Hello! Welcome to my profile! I am a compassionate and collaborative therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional, behavioral, and life-transition challenges. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help clients develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build insight into thought and behavior patterns. My work is tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths.
I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University and have over 10 years of experience working in mental health across a variety of settings. I have experience treating anxiety, ADHD-related concerns, mood challenges, stress, grief and loss, sleep difficulties, and attention and organizational issues.
I value strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients—and families when appropriate—to support meaningful and lasting change.
