Great to meet you!

You may know something needs to change, but not quite know how to get there. Maybe anxiety and overthinking are taking up too much space, past experiences continue to affect you, or your child or teen is struggling with big emotions, ADHD, rejection sensitivity, or feeling overwhelmed by school, relationships, or everyday life.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. My background as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist gives me a unique understanding of how emotional health, relationships, family dynamics, and school experiences can intersect.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and practical. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely understood, but I also believe insight should lead to meaningful change. Together, we’ll look beyond the surface of symptoms to understand what may be driving them and develop strategies that fit you or your child.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADHD and emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, stress, relationship patterns, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and nervous-system regulation.

What you can expect from me

I believe people make the most progress when they understand themselves rather than judge themselves. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, we'll start where you are and work toward greater clarity, calm, confidence, and connection.
