I am a caring, compassionate, understanding provider. I enjoy working with teens, children, as well as adults. I have a background in law enforcement, and juvenile justice. I have 2 masters degrees in psychology. My specialties include women navigating life stress; overwhelmed law enforcement personnel; and teens experiencing trauma.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques to help clients build emotional strength, improve coping skills, and reinvent their lives.
