Great to meet you!

Beyond my professional work, I believe the best client partnerships are built on genuine connection and authenticity.

Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up surrounded by the towering trees and rugged coastlines that shaped my deep appreciation for the outdoors. Whether I’m hiking through the mountains, spending time in the woods, or enjoying a day at the beach, being in nature is where I recharge. I’m a passionate animal lover with a special fondness for cats and a fascinating marine favorite—the octopus.

When I’m not outdoors, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my family and close friends, taking in a great art show, or enjoying live music. Balancing these personal passions helps me stay inspired, grounded, and ready to show up as my best self for you and our work together.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel completely free to bring the things you can’t share with anyone else.

In our sessions, I bring a gently curious approach. Together, we’ll explore new insights into who you are and process the impact of any trauma you carry—so you don't have to carry it all on your own anymore. We will work to identify and break down the barriers holding you back, helping you step into your fullest, most authentic life.

Ultimately, I want you to leave every session feeling lighter, supported, and better equipped than when you first walked through the door. Whenever you're ready, I'm here to take that step with you.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect in Our First Session

Our initial meeting is all about creating a comfortable, grounded space where you can land safely. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and talking through your goals—always at a pace that feels right for you.

My hope is that this first conversation serves as the gentle start of your healing journey. You only ever need to share what you feel comfortable opening up about; building genuine trust and a strong therapeutic relationship takes time, and we will move entirely at your speed.
