Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Diane Meyer, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and additional board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I bring experience from inpatient psychiatry and a genuine passion for helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

I provide convenient telehealth care throughout Nebraska, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I do not prescribe controlled substances.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to partner with you. I’m currently accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I work with adults ages 19–75 experiencing adjustment disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder, incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to help you manage difficult emotions, clarify what matters most, and move toward meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a treatment plan that fits your needs. I’ll take time to listen to what brought you to care, learn about your current symptoms, mental health history, medications, and personal goals, and answer any questions you may have.

Together, we’ll discuss your strengths, challenges, and what you would like to improve. I’ll provide education about treatment options and, when appropriate, discuss medication recommendations. I believe treatment works best when we collaborate, so your thoughts and preferences are an important part of the process.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful, with a clear understanding of the next steps in your care.
