Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Reaching out for help can feel difficult, and my goal is to make that first step, and the ones that follow, as comfortable as possible. With over 15 years of experience, I work with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, autism, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges. I bring specialized training along with a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop tools that work for you, and help you move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

Healing starts with feeling heard and understood. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, resilience, and hope.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s going well, what feels challenging, and what you hope will be different. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and begin developing goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I strive to create a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and move at a pace that feels comfortable. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive—we’ll work together to determine the best path forward.
