Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Diane Trosch, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked as a Counselor for over 30 years in a diverse community. I earned my Masters Degree in Counseling. I have a passion to work with people who want to grow, change, heal, or change direction. Lets face it, life is hard at times, the problems so overwhelming we get stuck, at times. I want to help you get unstuck and as a team, you and I will take steps to fulfill your goals.

My approach to therapy

I am very client centered in my practice. This is your therapy. I am here to listen, learn about you, and guide you to discovering solutions. We are a team, we work together, to create goals and implement steps to achieve them. Most often I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Learning how thoughts can influence our behaviors is not only fascinating but very helpful in treating Depression, Anxiety, Grief, and moving forward in life transitions which are among my specialties.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a warm, caring and supportive environment. I want to learn about you, your life, your experiences, your reason for seeking Counseling. I want to create an environment where you feel safe with me and know you can share your vulnerabilities without fear of judgement.I want to help you where you are at, lets work together to create the life you want!
