Great to meet you!

My name is Dianna Allen, I am a licensed Professional Counselor. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, setting boundaries, addiction and recovery, work-related struggles, and reducing stress. My background and expertise focuses on attachment theory and how our relationships (past/present) impact our lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is compassionate and holistic. I feel anxiety, depression, stress, or addictive behaviors are signals of unmet needs (psychological and physical). I encourage self-care and understanding of self in relation to others. I can help you to see your strengths from a new perspective, build self-awareness and find tools to help you heal.

What you can expect from me

My clients report feeling safe and relaxed by the end of our first meeting. They also gain insight into ways the past impacts their present, and how understanding themselves clearly and communicating to others with clarity positively impacts their lives. Many of my clients have learned healthy boundary-setting skills to help create more balance, day-to-day.
