Great to meet you!

I take a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, focusing on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to identify strengths, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My style is warm, supportive, and honest. I balance empathy with gentle accountability, helping clients gain insight while working toward real-life solutions. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, emotional regulation challenges, depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

I am especially passionate about working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, and I strive to empower each person to take an active role in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected while working together to identify goals and build practical coping skills. I balance empathy with honesty and gentle accountability, helping clients gain insight, improve emotional regulation, and make meaningful changes in their daily lives. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and believe in meeting clients where they are in their healing process.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive conversation focused on getting to know them and what brings them to therapy. We’ll review relevant background information, discuss current concerns, and begin identifying goals for treatment. I’ll explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and collaborate with clients to determine next steps. There is no pressure to share everything at once—my priority is helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the start.
