Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm DiAsia Polk, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adolescents and adults improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health challenges. I understand that seeking mental health treatment can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe effective mental health treatment begins with building trust and understanding each person's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. I combine evidence-based medication management with education, supportive therapy techniques, and lifestyle recommendations to provide comprehensive care. When working with adolescents, I partner with both the client and their family when appropriate to promote healthy development, emotional well-being, and long-term success. My goal is to help clients gain the tools and confidence needed to thrive in their daily lives.
