Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dillon. As a licensed therapist, I work with individuals ages 15+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, LGBT+ issues, or individuals trying to get out of a rut because they're tired of feeling stuck. Every client is unique and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but if you enjoy working toward positive behavior change, I think we'd be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My specialty areas include depression, anxiety, the LGBT+ population, teenagers, college students, and adults. My style of therapy is laid back, nonjudgmental, and conversational. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in sessions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients gain the necessary skills to help regulate their emotions outside of therapy. I allow each client the space for us to process and explore issues together while also providing guidance and direction (most of my clients say it's a healthy mix of both).
