Great to meet you!
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing compassionate, individualized mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other challenges that can affect daily life and relationships. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and I take the time to understand the individual behind the symptoms and diagnosis.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. I believe in treating the whole person rather than simply treating a diagnosis. When appropriate, I incorporate lifestyle changes, education, therapy, and other supportive approaches alongside medication management. I also value collaboration with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that your care is comprehensive and aligned with your goals.
I believe that meaningful treatment begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. Our first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, understand what brought you to treatment, and develop a plan together. You do not have to have everything figured out before you reach out—my role is to meet you where you are and help you move forward.
