Dr. Dina Gohar is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Michigan who is well-versed in empirically-supported treatments for emotional, behavioral & health difficulties across the lifespan, especially exposure & response prevention for anxiety & OCD.

She received her Ph.D. from Duke University in 2017 after her pre-doctoral internship in lifespan clinical psychology at the University of Michigan's MARI, where she also supervised after a postdoctoral fellowship in child clinical psychology in 2018.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Gohar's therapeutic approach is integrative & firmly grounded in cognitive & behavioral theories (CBT), including parent [behavior] management training & “third-wave” mindfulness-based approaches like Acceptance-Commitment Therapy & positive psychotherapy.
