My practice integrates evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a special focus on Berayal Trauma, alongside deeply transformative modalities such as Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Together, we’ll work to create “right now” tools that support emotional resilience and clarity, while gently exploring the root causes of your triggers. Through narrative work, we’ll rewrite disempowering stories and reclaim your voice in a way that feels authentic, compassionate, and empowering.
