Great to meet you!

I believe that everything is connected—mind, body, and spirit—and healing begins when we treat the whole person. As a holistic psychotherapist, I take an eclectic approach that honors each client’s unique journey. My practice integrates evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a special focus on Berayal Trauma, alongside deeply transformative modalities such as Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Together, we’ll work to create “right now” tools that support emotional resilience and clarity, while gently exploring the root causes of your triggers. Through narrative work, we’ll rewrite disempowering stories and reclaim your voice in a way that feels authentic, compassionate, and empowering.

Every step in our work together is centered around one intention: HEALING—in all its powerful, messy, and beautiful forms.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the belief that healing happens when we honor the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. No part of you exists in isolation, and I’m here to support your growth as a whole person.

Using an eclectic and integrative style, I tailor each session to your unique needs. I draw from models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—especially for those navigating Post-Relationship Trauma—to help you understand and shift unhelpful thought patterns. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to offer practical, "right now" tools that empower you to navigate challenges in the moment.

In addition, Narrative Therapy allows us to explore and rewrite the stories you've carried—helping you reclaim your voice and step into a more empowered version of yourself.

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to holding a space that feels supportive, grounded, and transformational. My approach doesn’t just whisper healing—it screams HEALING in every direction.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel supported, understood, and empowered. Each session is a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. You'll begin to identify your triggers, understand recurring patterns, and develop practical, “right now” tools that help you navigate everyday challenges—especially if you're healing from Betrayal Trauma.

Using a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit, we'll work to create new, empowering narratives around your journey. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Healing isn't just the destination—it’s a process that begins the moment you choose yourself. And you don’t have to do it alone.
