Great to meet you!

I am DiNina Napper, LCMHC, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I earned my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2015. I enjoy working with all populations, and I have experience in the outpatient, public school, and church settings. I am passionate about providing services for a variety of life stressors including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, anger, and family and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I also incorporate other modalities such as Mindfulness, Person Centered, Solutions-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing according to client needs. I wholeheartedly believe that a healthy mindset is imperative to holistic health, and I am dedicated to equipping people to overcome challenges, obtain goals, and acquire positive and life changing behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I will offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your unique self as you work on becoming a better version of yourself. I will listen to you attentively and collaborate with you as you work through the challenges that are impacting your life.
