Great to meet you!

Introduction

I am a fully licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, allowing me to integrate a variety of therapeutic methods that are tailored to the unique needs of each client. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients (including teens and adults), feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward improved mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines an eclectic approach, including mindfulness and integrative techniques, drawing from evidence-based methods to support both individuals and couples. I focus on fostering resilience and self-awareness, and I believe that every session should be customized to meet the distinct goals and circumstances of each client. Whether working one-on-one or with partners seeking deeper connection and understanding, I am committed to helping clients build stronger relationships and healthier coping skills.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we will discuss their reasons for seeking therapy and get to know each other. I will ask questions to gain a better understanding of their background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This initial meeting is an opportunity to clarify expectations, address any concerns, and collaboratively outline a personalized plan that aligns with their needs and aspirations. Clients are encouraged to share as much as they feel comfortable, knowing that their privacy and well-being are my top priorities.
