Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting people, who are ready to break generational patterns, rebuild self worth, and reclaim their peace. I work especially well with clients who grew up in emotionally unavailable or high conflict homes, survivors of childhood trauma or neglect, and those who feel like they’ve spent years showing up for others but not for themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. I believe that healing begins with safety and trust, so I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered, supported, and more connected to themselves. My goal is to help each person build clarity, resilience, and practical tools they can apply to everyday life. Whether we’re unpacking past trauma, setting healthy boundaries, or navigating major life changes, I focus on helping clients identify patterns, reclaim their voice, and move toward healing at their own pace. I create a warm, affirming environment where honesty is met with compassion and growth is always possible
