Great to meet you!

For over 30 years, I have been passionate about providing individuals with the skills and tools needed to foster healing and meaningful connection. Clients often describe me as direct, easy to talk to, and deeply engaged in their growth process. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative—when clients feel seen, heard, and respected for their unique perspectives. Through a nonjudgmental lens, I help clients recognize their strengths, access their inner resources, and gain greater insight into themselves and their personal development.

My approach to therapy

I use a direct yet warm style—clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to and appreciate my honesty and clarity. Drawing from evidence-based methods, I help clients develop practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, and stress, while also fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that healing happens through connection, understanding, and empowerment. Together, we focus on moving from where you are now to where you want to be—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive, collaborative environment where they are viewed as the expert of their own life. My approach is client-centered, focusing on understanding your goals, challenges, and strengths. Together, we begin building trust and exploring what has brought you to therapy.

I believe that empowerment comes from learning practical tools and new perspectives that make life more manageable. While we cannot change the past, we can change how we understand and respond to it. By developing healthier boundaries and greater self-awareness, you can create more balance, confidence, and happiness in your daily life.
