Great to meet you!
Quan Bernardin, LCSW Child & Adolescent Therapist Clinical Background & Training: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and identity development. My clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience integrating Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD, helping clients gradually confront fears and build confidence in managing distress. Seeing their breakthroughs—whether big or small—reminds me why this work is so meaningful.
Outside of therapy, I find joy in yoga, nature walks, and spending time with my chosen family. I’m also passionate about mindfulness practices, sound bowl meditation, and exploring new ways to integrate self-care into daily life.
