I believe in the power of creativity to promote healing. I graduated from SIUE in May 2016 with a Master's in Art Therapy Counseling. I am a licensed counselor in the state of Illinois and Missouri as well as a Registered Art Therapist and Registered Play Therapist. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor. I love using creative techniques to help people grow and solve problems.
I have a warm, inviting, relational approach to therapy. I believe there is so much value in truly listening and witnessing what another human is willing to share with me. I utilize art, play, and gardening in my therapy in addition to talk to help clients engage in their healing journey in new ways that promote growth.
I believe clients have what they need for healing within themselves, they just need someone to guide them on their journey.
