I'm Dr. Dominique Bressi, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience serving a diverse range of clients across many settings. My specialty is complex trauma — particularly intergenerational and attachment trauma — and I bring to this work a deep, ongoing practice of spiritual transformation rooted in indigenous values: the understanding that we are all relatives, to each other and to the natural world.
My clinical background includes years of experience as both a therapist and clinical director, alongside long-term apprenticeship in various spiritual, healing, and indigenous medicine traditions. I hold a deep reverence for nature — the land and animals are some of our greatest healers — and I bring this into my telehealth practice as an Eco- and Equine-Assisted therapist. At the center of my work is presence: I believe healing happens when we recover our capacity to be fully present, because that is where love flows freely.
