Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Dominique and I'm a licensed therapist dedicated to working with women navigating anxiety, identity concerns, life transitions, relationship patterns, and the emotional weight of high responsibility. Many of the women I work with appear strong and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are in this season of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and rooted in emotional intelligence in your relationships. I help women slow down, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel steady and sustainable. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, it is about creating space to increase awareness, build emotional clarity, and move forward with intention.

I am a Christian and offer faith-affirming care for women who would like their spiritual beliefs thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process. My goal is never to impose faith, but to honor it as an important part of your identity and healing if it matters to you.

Above all, I strive to create a space where women feel safe, seen, and free to show up without performance or pressure.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space to share what brings you in at your own pace. We’ll explore your goals, begin identifying patterns, and discuss how we can work together in a way that feels safe, clear, and aligned with you.
