Great to meet you!

Professionally, I am a licensed marriage & family therapist and holds licenses in Connecticut, North Carolina and South Carolina. I have extensive (over 20 years) clinical experience, providing therapy to individuals, couples and families. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and a Doctorate degree in Couple & Family Therapy from Drexel University

My approach to therapy

My philosophy though seemingly simple can be quite the challenge. It is my belief that true healing, impactful healing, and the pathway to success starts from within. I pride myself on using the tools of transparency, effective communication, accountability and empathy to help individuals and organizations tap into and utilize their strengths to reach their full potential. In my work with clients, I primarily use systems approach; psychodynamics & Cognitive Behavioral approaches to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Anyone who knows me, knows I am the ultimate cheerleader. I am committed to providing the people & organizations I work with, with the sometimes tough and much needed mirror to assist them with seeing themselves and the situations around them with clarity. My objective is to provide individuals, families and organizations with the accountability, understanding, & guidance needed to help them uncover the hidden wisdom needed to traverse life's journey & actively work towards their full potential.
