Great to meet you!

Don Chamberlin has spent years working with individuals and helping them through addiction, stress, trauma, and everyday troubles. Often co-occurring disorders such as codependency, anxiety, and depression live just under the surface and make it hard to sustain a life of meaning and purpose. When these issues are addressed, true healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

I am easygoing but direct. I tell it like I see it in order to promote healing. Through the use of cognitive behavior therapy as well as Jungian Psychology current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are explored. The result is the ability to let go of the past and live a happy, healthy life today.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away tools to help cope with current issues as well as a better understanding of how past events affect current situations. Clients will learn to resolve negative behaviors and replace them with healthy behaviors that promote individual health and happiness.
